Application Architect

As an Application Architect at Assurant-GCC in India, you will play a crucial role in leading key initiatives to deliver next-gen solutions for the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding business priorities to define technology and architectural roadmaps - Providing deep insight and leading the team in implementing best practices - Leading design, code reviews, and technical deliveries - Participating in cross-functional discussions on strategic technology aspects - Designing and implementing solutions using .NET technologies on Azure - Leading application modernization and migration initiatives to Azure using microservices and serverless architecture - Collaborating with stakeholders and teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery - Providing technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical strategy - Conducting code reviews, maintaining architectural documentation, and promoting best practices - Identifying and resolving technical challenges to improve operational stability Requirements for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field - 12-15 years of industry experience - Strong expertise in .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and .NET Framework - Proficiency in Azure services like App Service, Functions, and Logic Apps - Understanding of cloud-native architectures, application modernization, and software design patterns - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and communication skills for effective collaboration - Problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving technical issues Preferred experience, skills, and knowledge include: - Understanding of Salesforce architecture, application development, data migration, and API development - Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components - Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data science, and related technologies Join Assurant-GCC in India as an Application Architect to lead architectural initiatives and drive innovation in technology solutions.,
