As part of the Application and Systems Support Engineering Team, the responsibilities include day-today
monitoring and smooth running of all iBasis applications. In the event of any failure ability to
follow the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to resolve and recover the situation. In the event, the
issue is false outside the SOP, ability to analyze and correlate the underlying components and the
ability to identify the root cause. If needed escalate the issue to the next higher level SME (Subject
Matter Expert). The responsibility also includes providing support to issues/requests raised by iBasis
internal business users.
