About Job:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales/Application Engineer for Test & Measurement Instruments. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, supporting customers technically, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & promotion of Test & Measurement instruments such as Infrared Thermal Cameras,
Gas and Air Leak Detectors, Data Loggers, Infrared Sensors, Pyrometers etc.
Market research, new customer identification and business development.
Conducting customer visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations/offers and follow-up until closure.
Maintaining customer relationships and collecting regular feedback.
Handling tender documentation, techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
Providing post-sales support, installation & training (if required).
Maintaining daily activity reports / CRM updates

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical understanding of Industrial Test & Measurement equipment.
Good communication & presentation skills.
Customer handling & convincing ability.
Self-motivated, result-oriented and ready for field travel.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
Quick learner with good problem-solving ability
