Drive Six Sigma and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) tools to drive process improvement and product quality Assists manufacturing test team in trouble shooting, and/or repair failed test equipment and/or electronic assemblies Adherence to formal technical and regulatory documentation practices required for manufacturing. (Examples: Test Equipment Validation Plans / Results, Manufacturing Process Instructions, BOM, Wiring / Pneumatic Diagrams, Schematics, Etc.) Coordinates with manufacturing floor and Failure Review Board team in reviewing test failure data and develops methods to continually reduce and eliminate test escapes Translating functional requirements and specifications into test methods and processes. Education: Bachelors in engineering in EEE/ECE/EIE/IC or other equivalent or higher Engineering degree Skills required: Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent discipline. Extensive technical knowledge and related experience (6+ years) in development, integration, implementation, and support of complex manufacturing equipment. Responsible for Arena Change management system (ECOs , MCOs & ECRS). Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent problem-solving methodologies. Excellent communication skills allowing cross departmental interaction with various levels and disciplines. Behavioral Skills: Good communication skills Ability to influence the team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting real-world testing and evaluation of two-wheel vehicles developed by our organization. Bike Ride Testing: Conduct on-road and off-road bike rides to evaluate vehicle performance, including handling, stability, and ergonomics. Assess and document ride comfort, control, and responsiveness. Monitor and evaluate vehicle systems such as braking, suspension, drivetrain, battery performance, and electric assist mechanisms. Data Collection & Analysis: Gather performance data during test rides, including speed, range, power consumption, temperature, and other relevant metrics. Record and report findings through structured documentation, including detailed test logs and photographic evidence. Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in bike/electric bike systems and mechanics. Strong understanding of vehicle performance metrics and testing methodologies. Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices for testing.
