Appian operations support specialist

As an Appian operations support specialist at NTT DATA, your role will involve incident troubleshooting and resolution within specified SLA. You will collaborate and follow up with other departments/services to ensure efficient issue resolution. It is essential for you to commit to the One Essentials methodology to ensure MR compliance standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for starting/restarting ULIFE and CLIFE during business hours and coordinating with other services as needed. Your role will also include providing Appian based application deployment support, maintenance weekend/DR support, and IT smoke test support. You will contribute to the creation and improvement of support processes and documentation. Moreover, you will clarify system specifications, understand business workflows, and offer objective system use recommendations based on MR Knowledge base(KB) articles. Informing users of updates, releases, and downtimes will also be part of your responsibilities.
