Appian Developer- Level 1/2

As an experienced candidate with 3-5 years of experience, you should have the following qualifications: - BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc-IT - Proficiency in Appian Low-Code Development, including Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Data Management - Experience in Java or C# - Understanding of relational databases and strong SQL skills - Familiarity with RESTful web services design patterns - Knowledge of Javascript ES6 or later - Experience with React and Redux Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Collaborating with business analysts and system architects to understand business requirements and develop functional applications using the Appian platform - Customizing and configuring applications, workflows, forms, and reports using Appian's low-code development capabilities while following best practices and coding standards - Designing and implementing integration interfaces between Appian and other enterprise systems through RESTful APIs, web services, and other integration technologies - Conducting unit tests as necessary to ensure quality - Creating and updating technical documentation such as design specifications, user manuals, and system documentation - Working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and actively participating in agile development processes It is good to have experience in HTML, CSS, Appian Certification, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Self-motivation, excellent verbal communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills are also highly valued in this role.
