Job Description

As an experienced AppDynamics Subject Matter Expert (SME), your role will involve leading the deployment, configuration, and optimization of application performance monitoring (APM) tools. You will collaborate closely with development operations and infrastructure teams to ensure the seamless monitoring of application performance availability and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Extensive experience with AppDynamics in large-scale enterprise environments, including installation, configuration, and management. - Solid knowledge of APM concepts such as transaction tracing, service monitoring, database performance, and end-user experience tracking. - Strong understanding of various application architectures (monolithic, microservices, containerized) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Performance Tuning & Monitoring: - Demonstrated experience in performance tuning for distributed systems and databases. - Expertise in identifying and resolving application performance issues like memory leaks, thread contention, and slow database queries. Tools & Integration: - Proficiency in integrating AppDynamics with other monitoring and incident management tools like Splunk, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow. - Hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of AppDynamics. - Strong understanding of performance tuning for enterprise applications. - Experience with application architectures and cloud technologies.
