Job Description

Key responsibilities

Develop custom solutions using declarative approaches of Apex, Virtual force, AURA components and other technologies.
Create integration solutions using SOAP and REST APIs.
Implement new features based on business requirements.
Understand User Stories and provide accurate workload estimates.
Conduct system testing to deliver error-free solutions.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure that thebest practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented.
Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend the best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations.
Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and \u201Chow-to\u201D assistance.
Performs regular reviews on implementation done by Junior developers and offer feedback and suggestions for those codes
Mentors the junior and mid-level developers of the team, and can designate tasks to team members in a balanced and effective manner
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, Stakeholders, and other developers.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 6+ years of experience with full Salesforce implementation (Sales cloud).
Good understanding of APEX, Aura components, Virtual force and other salesforce technologies.
Require PD1, Salesforce Administrator (SCA) certifications as mandatory and having Sales cloud consultant is an added advantage.
Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English.
Working Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, HTML, Java OOPS and Script.
Working knowledge with XML, SOAP, and REST APIs.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience designing and configuring Einstein capabilities of Salesforce (EAC, Email insights, Prediction builder, Next best action)
Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, fields and flows, process builders and workflow rules.
Working Knowledge of Reports, Dashboards and forecasts
Knowledge of LWC, DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes would be an added advantage.
