Job Description

As an ideal candidate for the position, you will be responsible for implementing New Relic, managing effectively, and optimizing the monitoring for applications and infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and managing New Relic agents, integrations, and SDKs across various platforms and environments. - Configuring New Relic APM and infrastructure monitoring settings for optimal performance and accurate reporting. - Analysing monitoring data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for performance optimization and troubleshooting. - Conducting root cause analysis of performance incidents and providing recommendations for resolution. - Identifying and implementing performance optimizations based on New Relic monitoring data and best practices. - Fine-tuning New Relic configurations, thresholds, and policies to ensure accurate monitoring and alerting. - Conducting training sessions and workshops for teams to educate them on using New Relic effectively for monitoring and optimization. - Continuously evaluating and improving New Relic implementation processes, workflows, and methodologies based on feedback and lessons learned. - Managing relationships with New Relic or other third-party vendors related to monitoring and analytics tools. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including development, operations, QA, and management to align monitoring strategies with business objectives.
