Job Description

API Gateway Analyst
Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Job Description

Provide L2/L3 support for Layer7 infrastructure issues, including debugging policy failures and connectivity issues.
Hands-on experience with CA Layer7 API Gateway (formerly CA API Gateway / Broadcom API Gateway).
Strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP/S).
Experience with SSL/TLS, certificate management, and keystores.
Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, and authentication flows.
Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (Shell, Python, Groovy).
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) and API Gateway migration automation tools.
Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancers, firewalls, reverse proxies).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

Required Skills Broadcom CA7 Layer, SSL/TLS, API protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP/S)
