Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Java Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and BDD (Cucumber).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test plans.
Develop automation frameworks for microservices architecture using Postman API testing tool.
Participate in Agile development cycles by providing timely feedback on test results.
Extensive hands-on technical expertise, including experience with Java.
Solid experience in API Automation testing using Rest Assured
Experience testing RESTful web services and web applications using POSTMAN
Experience with build automation and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Experience with all aspects of software test, including test planning, test automation, failure mode test, etc.
Ability to estimate effort and size of feature. Experience with agile development methodologies and test driven development processes Experience using source control (esp. Git) and bug tracking systems in a team environment ZA.
