APAC Private Clients - Associate 2

Role Overview: As an Associate at PwC Private, you will be part of a team that provides business advisory services to private companies, including audit, tax compliance, and planning. You will assist in improving operational efficiency, allowing clients to focus on business strategy. You will have the opportunity to witness the entire business life cycle of a private company, from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. The team focuses on issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture, and exit strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide in-the-moment feedback constructively and collaboratively with team members. - Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions. - Handle and analyze data responsibly. - Stay updated on developments in your area of expertise. - Communicate effectively both verbally and in written materials. - Build and maintain internal and external networks. - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications Required: - CA/ICWA Inter preferred, M.Com/B.Com(H) - 1+ years of experience - Experience in preparing complex/shoebox type Australian accounting and tax returns - More than 2/3 years of hands-on experience in Australian accounting and tax compliance - Exposure to business applications software like Quickbooks, Xero cloud accounting, XPA, APS - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat - Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables, Format options, print preview set up) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
