APAC Private Clients - Associate 2

Role Overview: You will be a part of PwC Private team, assisting private companies with various business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, and planning. Your role will involve helping clients improve their operational efficiency, focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, and cash flow management, and design personalized service plans unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You will experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. Key Responsibilities: - Work as an Associate in a team of problem solvers to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. - Provide in-the-moment feedback in a constructive manner. - Collaborate effectively with team members. - Identify and suggest improvements when problems and opportunities arise. - Handle, analyze, and manipulate data and information responsibly. - Follow risk management and compliance procedures. - Stay updated with developments in your area of specialism. - Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner, both verbally and in written materials. - Build and maintain internal and external networks. - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Qualification Required: - CA/ICWA Inter preferred, M.Com/B.Com(H) - 1+ years of experience - Experience in the preparation of complex/shoebox type Australian accounting and tax returns - More than 2/3 years of hands-on experience in Australian accounting and tax compliance work in a similar organization - Exposure to business applications software like Quickbooks, Xero cloud accounting, XPA, APS - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat - Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables, Format options, print preview set up) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
