Job Description

As an Process Invoicing Process Expert at BSv organisation, you will play a crucial role in achieving service levels and key measurement targets of the team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high quality and cost-effective services, delivering compelling business outcomes, and managing the contract on a daily basis. Additionally, you will lead the team, process complex transactions, and drive innovation and process improvements through adoption of frictionless finance practices and technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing operations, finance, and resolving complex operational issues while ensuring compliance and customer-focused services. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in or lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets - Deliver high quality and cost-effective services - Manage the contract on a daily basis including operations and finance - Process complex transactions and outputs across Invoice processing activities - Drive innovation and process improvements through adoption of frictionless finance practices and technologies - Build and develop the team - Ensure operations are run according to budget - Manage effective usage of resources in service delivery Qualifications Required: - Entry and mid-Junior level in a Finance Administration role - Strong team player with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders - Ability to act on own initiative with regular supervision - Understand when to seek guidance/escalate - Support experienced Finance specialists in delivering progress reporting, task management, and documentation for Finance activity Please note that the job description provided is Grade Specific and tailored to an entry and mid-Junior level in a Finance Administration role.
