Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for AOVPN-related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, authentication, performance, and certificates.
• Monitor AOVPN infrastructure health and implement custom health monitoring scripts to ensure high availability.
• Manage VPN profiles, certificates, and device configurations for user-based and device-based logins.
• Collaborate with vendors (Microsoft), network, security, and endpoint teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Assist in patching, upgrades, and configuration changes for AOVPN servers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for remote access.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Globalscape EFT Enterprise and DMZ Gateway.
• Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS protocols, and encryption standards.
• Experience with Windows Server administration (RRAS, NPS) and SQL Server basics.
• Familiarity with certificate management (CSR, SAN, renewal) and PGP key handling.
• Understanding of networking concepts: firewalls, NAT, load balancers.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell for automation and log analysis.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and certificate-based authentication.
• ITIL process knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Basic understanding of PKI and IPsec/IKEv2 protocols.
