Role & responsibilities Identify, isolate, and characterize beneficial microbial strains for use in bio-fertilizer and bio-pesticide products Develop, test, and optimize microbial formulations to improve product performance and shelf life Manage end-to-end production pipeline. Regional Manager Eastern Uttar Pradesh Base Location: Lucknow ANU is hiring a seasoned Regional Manager (RM) to lead sales operations in Eastern UP. This role requires 10-15 years of strong experience in agrochemicals, pesticides, or fertilizers, with expertise in driving sales growth, distributor management, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives. Expand the regional footprint by identifying opportunities, onboarding distributors, and growing customer networks. Strengthen dealer, distributor, and retailer relationships to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Engage with farmers, agronomists, and channel partners to promote products and boost demand. Monitor competitor strategies, pricing trends, and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry changes. Deliver sales targets while maintaining profitability and optimizing pricing structures. Collaborate with marketing on promotions, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations. Ensure compliance with government regulations and licensing requirements. Candidate Profile Experience: 1015 years in agrochemicals, pesticides, or fertilizers sales & marketing. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Agri-Business. Expertise: Strong knowledge of Eastern UP crops, farming practices, and distribution networks. Skills: Proven leadership, negotiation, sales acumen, communication, and team management.
