Job Profile: As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage leads, communicate with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving their targets. Below are the key tasks and responsibilities associated with this role: 1. Lead Management: Manage leads generated from India Mart and incoming email inquiries. Assign leads to the respective Zonal Sales Head for further follow-up and conversion. 2. Database Management: Utilize company-provided databases to make calls and send emails to potential customers. Regularly update and maintain the database with accurate information. 3. Prospecting: Utilize various sources such as Google, LinkedIn, industrial magazines, and other platforms to identify and create a database of potential customers. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with the Zonal Sales Head and other team members to align efforts and achieve sales objectives. 5. Quotation Management: Prepare and send quotations to interested leads. Follow up on quotations to ensure timely closure of deals. Note - We are looking Candidates only from Vasai or Nearby Location Preferably Looking for 1 to 3 Year of Work Experience in Manufacturing Process 1 Sheet Metal Designing 2 Proficiency of Solid Works, Autocade 3 Special Purpose Machine Designing 4 Good knowledge of gears, pully, motors 5 Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability. 6 Understand the requirements and work with different teams. 7 Create design concept and detail engineering 8 Conduct design reviews to improve product performance and resolve technical issues. 9 Designing of mechanical structures 10 Good Knowledge of rendering 11 Doing calculations on the prospective machinery prior to completing the technical drawings. 12 Working on CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to create drawing specifications in line with the needs of the client. 13 Good in engineering mechanics, strength of materials & theory of machines. 14 Hands-on experience in various manufacturing processes would be a plus. 15 Knowledge in GD&T, stack-up analysis, and different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc. 16 Good knowledge in Tooling, fixture and jigs would be a plus.
