Job Profile:
As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage leads, communicate with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving their targets. Below are the key tasks and responsibilities associated with this role:
1. Lead Management:
Manage leads generated from India Mart and incoming email inquiries.
Assign leads to the respective Zonal Sales Head for further follow-up and conversion.
2. Database Management:
Utilize company-provided databases to make calls and send emails to potential customers.
Regularly update and maintain the database with accurate information.
3. Prospecting:
Utilize various sources such as Google, LinkedIn, industrial magazines, and other platforms to identify and create a database of potential customers.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with the Zonal Sales Head and other team members to align efforts and achieve sales objectives.
5. Quotation Management:
Prepare and send quotations to interested leads.
Follow up on quotations to ensure timely closure of deals.
