Anodizing (SF) - Cleaning Engineer

As a Chemical Process Engineer, your role involves testing and executing new chemicals and recipes for the pretreatment process. You are responsible for developing and optimizing alkaline and acidic processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Your expertise in surface treatment and electrodeposition is crucial for reading and interpreting chemical ingredients and specifications. Additionally, you understand customer requirements, plan trials, and troubleshoot surface treatment defects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Testing and executing new chemicals and recipes for the pretreatment process - Developing and optimizing alkaline and acidic processes for improved efficiency and quality - Reading and interpreting chemical ingredients and specifications - Utilizing cleaning equipment efficiently for process build - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for day-to-day meetings - Troubleshooting surface treatment defects - Implementing new products - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying technical information clearly - Solving problems proactively and working independently Qualifications Required: - BE/Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical - 2-5 years of relevant experience,
