Key Responsibilities Training Needs Assessment & Strategy Conduct periodic skills gap analysis across departments: production, maintenance, quality, safety, engineering, etc. Understand business goals and technology/ process changes; translate into training requirements. Develop a medium- to long-term technical training strategy aligned with organizational goals. Program Design & Development Design curricula for different levels: operator, technician, supervisor, engineer. Include modules on new equipment/technology, process improvements, safety & compliance, quality systems, preventive and predictive maintenance. Develop training materials: manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, handson labs, simulation, onthejob training (OJT). Training Delivery and Execution Oversee / conduct training sessions, workshops, practical demonstrations. Manage internal trainers / technical experts, and external vendors if needed. Ensure training schedule is planned to minimize disruption to production. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Define KPIs/metrics for training effectiveness: for example, improvements in quality, reduction in downtime, error rates, productivity, safety incidents. Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders; use this to refine content and methods. Maintain records of training outcomes, competencies, certifications. Budgeting & Resource Management Prepare / manage training budgets. Procure tools, equipment, software, external training services. Manage team of trainers/instructors, technical training staff. Compliance & Standards Ensure that training programs comply with regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Ensure certifications and licensing requirements where applicable. Change Management & Innovation Stay updated with industry best practices, new manufacturing technologies (automation, IoT, Industry 4.0), and training methodologies. Introduce modern training techniques (blended learning, virtual / augmented reality, e-learning) where applicable. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with department heads (production, quality, engineering, maintenance) to align training with operational needs. Engage with external institutions, vendors, OEMs for technical inputs, specialized training.

Comfortable using virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.). Ability to engage and manage participants in both small and large groups. Professional certifications in training, communication, or coaching (e.g., TTT, NLP, ICF, etc.) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, finished products, water, environmental samples, and packaging materials. Monitor and interpret microbial limits for food safety based on national (FSSAI) and international standards (ISO, FDA, etc.). Conduct routine environmental monitoring (swab tests, air sampling, etc.) to ensure hygiene and sanitation effectiveness. Identify and investigate microbial contamination and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain and calibrate microbiological laboratory equipment (e.g., autoclaves, incubators, laminar flow hoods). Maintain accurate and detailed records of lab results, observations, and test procedures. Assist in validating cleaning and sanitation procedures through microbiological testing. Prepare and maintain SOPs, lab reports, and documentation required for audits and compliance. Support internal audits and assist in third-party food safety audits (FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO 22000, etc.). Stay updated on microbial food safety trends, regulations, and emerging pathogens. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field. 3 to 8 years of experience in a food manufacturing or food testing laboratory. Sound knowledge of food microbiology, pathogens, spoilage organisms, and HACCP principles. Familiarity with lab safety protocols, aseptic techniques, and quality control standards. Experience working in an ISO 17025-accredited lab or similar food safety framework preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with rapid microbiological testing methods (e.g., PCR, ELISA, ATP testing). Knowledge of GFSI standards (BRC, SQF, FSSC 22000) and regulatory guidelines (FSSAI, Codex, FSMA). Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Shift Supervision: Supervise PET bottling operations during the assigned shift. Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower and machine usage. Ensure smooth shift handover and maintain accurate shift reports/logbooks. Production & Efficiency: Monitor production processes and optimize machine uptime and output. Ensure production targets are met within time, quality, and cost parameters. Minimize line downtime, rework, and wastage. Machine & Process Handling: Operate and monitor PET bottling machines such as: Preform feeding Filling and capping machines Labelling and packing machines Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance. Quality & Hygiene Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and other relevant quality standards. Conduct in-process checks to ensure PET bottles meet dimensional and visual specifications. Maintain 5S, hygiene, and safety practices on the shop floor. People Management: Supervise line operators, packers, and helpers. Train team members on SOPs, safety, and quality standards. Maintain discipline and promote teamwork within the shift. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily production, downtime, rejection, and manpower utilization records. Report production KPIs and issues to higher management. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Food Technology. 4 to 9 years of experience in a PET bottling line, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing company. Hands-on experience with filling, capping, labeling, and shrink wrapping machines. Knowledge of food safety standards and GMP practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
