The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our clients' delivery needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing Candidates: - Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to source potential delivery boy candidates. - Post job ads and manage job postings on various platforms. 2. Screening and Selection: - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Verify candidate credentials, such as driving licenses and references. 3.
