Job Title:Delivery Boy Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team, responsible for hiring delivery boys for our e-commerce clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our clients' delivery needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing Candidates: - Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to source potential delivery boy candidates. - Post job ads and manage job postings on various platforms. 2. Screening and Selection: - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Verify candidate credentials, such as driving licenses and references. 3. Client Communication: - Collaborate with e-commerce clients to understand their delivery boy requirements. - Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate quality. - Ensure client satisfaction with hired delivery boys. 4. Recruitment Process Management : - Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. - Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes. - Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions. 5. Quality Control: - Ensure that hired delivery boys meet client requirements and company standards. - Conduct background checks and verification processes as needed. 6. Reporting and Analytics : - Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes. Requirements 1. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics or e-commerce. 2. Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sourcing and screening skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools. 3. Education: 10th or 12th pass Performance Metrics: 1. Quality of Hires : Measure the quality of delivery boys hired, based on client feedback and performance metrics. 2. Time-to-Hire : Track the time taken to hire delivery boys, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes. 3.
