Role Overview: As an Animator & Video Editor at Atmadhruti, you will play a crucial role in bringing our unique life coaching, wellness, and resilience-building content to life through high-quality digital video and motion graphics modules. Your creative vision and technical expertise will be instrumental in translating complex concepts into visually engaging and inspiring educational materials. Your work will contribute to helping individuals enhance their wellness, develop resilience skills, and harmonize their lives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, animate, and edit high-quality video and motion graphics modules focused on life coaching concepts, enhancing wellness, developing resilience skills, and harmonizing life. - Translate complex psychological, behavioral, or self-help concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing 2D animations and explainer videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Ensure that the tone, look, and feel of all digital assets are calming, professional, and motivate the learner toward personal growth. - Maintain expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) for all aspects of video and graphic production. - Execute the production of video content with discipline, starting work only after the management's approval of the final storyboard. - Demonstrate flexibility and strong project management skills to handle high-demand situations and tight delivery schedules without compromising content quality. - Act as a supportive team player, collaborating effectively with coaching experts and instructional designers to grasp the core essence of the training material. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 4 years of professional experience in animation and video editing, preferably in e-learning, soft skills training, or documentary/educational content. - Strong creative mindset with sensitivity toward wellness and personal development topics. - Expert-level mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
