Capability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stakes environments like the operating room. Understanding of medical procedures, protocols, and electronic health record systems. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with the surgical team and inform patients of their care plans. Required skills include being a trained anaesthesiologist or anesthesist who can effectively manage anesthesia during surgeries and medical procedures. Roles and Responsibilities Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical or medical procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthetic levels as necessary to ensure patient safety and comfort. Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver anesthetic care. Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and prepare patients by educating them about the process and potential outcomes. Develop anesthetic plans tailored to patients’ individual medical histories and surgical needs. Ensure adherence to all medical protocols and safety standards while administering anesthesia. Participate in post-operative care and evaluate patients' recovery from anesthesia, addressing any complications that arise.
