Job Description

Eligibility in life sciences, paramedical, or medical fields
Convert healthcare text information into numeric Diagnosis and Procedure Codes using ICD-10 CM & CPT codes

Responsibilities:

Analyze patient charts, surgical notes, and treatment records.
Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Special focus on
Anesthesia procedures, Cardiac care, Optometry services, and Perfusion techniques
.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
Support quality audits and meet productivity targets.

Education Qualification:

UG / PG in
Anesthesia & Operation Technology, Cardiac Technology, Optometry, Perfusion Technology
, or equivalent medical/paramedical streams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Fresher or experienced medical/paramedical graduates.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures.
Good communication in English.
Detail-oriented with analytical approach.
