As an Android Mobile Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality business solutions for banking projects. Your responsibilities will include a combination of on-site/offsite low-level requirements gathering, understanding client needs, and collaborating with architects/leads to devise viable solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes - Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem areas, and proposed solutions - Document and demonstrate solutions through various means such as flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code - Prepare and install solutions by designing system specifications, standards, and programming - Conduct systems analysis to recommend policy and procedure changes for operational improvements - Stay updated on the latest development tools and techniques to enhance job knowledge - Protect operations by maintaining confidentiality of information - Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues to provide valuable information - Support and develop software engineers by offering advice, coaching, and educational opportunities **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of work experience with Android (Java, Kotlin) and familiarity with Google store App deployment - Good understanding of development methodologies, testing practices, and tools - Knowledge of architecture styles/APIs like REST API, MVP, MVC, MVVM, Dagger - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills - Understanding of security standards and techniques for mobile applications - Expertise in designing, implementing, and deploying user-centric software with a focus on usability - Certification in mobile development or equivalent (added advantage) - Familiarity with Cloud systems such as AWS and knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins (beneficial) In addition to the above qualifications and responsibilities, you are expected to possess the following personal attributes: - Creativity and strong attention to detail - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines - Effective oral and written communication skills - Strong proofreading skills - Desire to learn new skills and improve continuously Join us and be a part of our team where your skills and expertise will contribute to the success of our projects.,
