Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes. Experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs and JSON. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies.Familiarity with continuous integration. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Experience with Firebase or other mobile app analytics platforms. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work with external data sources and APIs. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support). Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile technologies.
