Android Developer

As a highly motivated and experienced Senior Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining native Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java, as well as contributing to cross-platform features with React Native. Your role will involve designing, building, and optimizing high-performance, user-friendly mobile applications to meet business needs and enhance user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Native Android Development:** - Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications. - Implement complex UI features, data persistence, and background services. - Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services. - **React Native Development:** - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. - Build reusable React Native components and modules. - Integrate native Android modules with React Native applications. - Debug and troubleshoot issues across both native and React Native codebases. - **Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers. - Participate in agile development processes and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Mentor junior developers and share knowledge. - **Testing and Quality Assurance:** - Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability. - Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues. - Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and participate in beta testing. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of Android development experience. - Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java. - Experience with React Native development and Android SDK. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, state management, and version control systems. - Strong problem-solving, debugging skills, and understanding of software development best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and mobile UI/UX principles. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
