Job Title: Android Developer (3-7 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer with 37 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building high-performance, reliable applications that interact closely with device hardware, system services, and external peripherals. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure Android-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using

  Kotlin and/or Java

• Build applications optimized for

  large-screen devices, custom hardware, and long-running deployments

• Integrate Android apps with

  device hardware components

  such as printers, scanners, cameras, sensors, displays, and network modules
• Work with

  Android system services

  , background processes, and device-level configurations
• Ensure application stability, performance, and security in always-on or unattended environments
  
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and real-time data services
  
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across different Android versions and device configurations
  
• Follow best practices for

  code quality, architecture, and documentation

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
  
• Support deployment, updates, and version management of Android applications in the field
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in

  Android application development

• Strong proficiency in

  Kotlin and/or Java

• In-depth understanding of

  Android SDK, Android Studio, and Android OS internals

• Experience with

  multi-threading, background services, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with

  device permissions, security, and system-level APIs

• Experience integrating with

  hardware peripherals or external devices

  is highly preferred
• Knowledge of

  REST APIs, JSON, and network communication

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with

  Git or other version control systems
