Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced, user-friendly Android applications.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Debug and resolve application issues and improve user experience.
  • Develop and maintain backend services to support the Android app.
  • Design RESTful APIs for communication between mobile and server systems.
  • Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability.
  • Design and implement database structures to store and manage app data.
  • Work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers.
  • Manage app releases on the Google Play Store and handle updates.

Skills & experience

  • Degree in software development, computer science, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or C++.
  • Ability to use the Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease.
  • Prior experience as an android developer will be advantageous.
  • Excellent coding and proofreading skills.
  • Top-notch teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage your workload with minimal supervision.
