Technology Expertise: Responsible for the development and maintenance of native applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices along with integration of backend services. Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. Should be familiar with android SDK, android UI kit, android Cocoa Touch frameworks, Strong understanding of Play Store trends and guidelines. Proficient in Deploying the application on App Store. Must have: The skills to translate wireframe and design into high performance and re-useable code. Teamwork strong communication skills to talk to other platform teams (like Android and API developers) Preferred: Experience in working with Beacon Technologies is a plus. Experience in talking to client or onsite counterpart to understanding/documenting the requirement.
