Oversee the lifecycle of web and mobile applications built using PHP, Kotlin, Swift, Node.js, and Angular. Review and comprehend code to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals. Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to industry standards. Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations where necessary. Monitor application performance and implement improvements. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial or team lead role. Strong understanding of application development in PHP, Kotlin, Swift, Node.js, and Angular. Should have managed Dealer Management System (DMS) and Service CRM in past organizations. Ability to comprehend and review code. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing mobile and web application projects.
