Key Responsibilities: - Develop new mobile applications for the Android platform - Manage projects from concept to launch - Communicate progress and updates to clients in the USA, UK, and Australia - Utilize Android frameworks to streamline UI development - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement project objectives - Understand client requirements and deliver projects on time with high quality - Implement new features and enhancements based on client feedback - Stay informed about the latest mobile technologies and industry trends Qualifications Required: - B. Tech or B.E. in Computer Science/IT with 1-3 years of experience in Android app development - Strong programming skills in Java and design knowledge - Expertise in Android 2.2+ SDK/NDK Development, including Web Services & API's, Social Network Integration, LBS, Content Providers, UI, and XML Layout Design - Proficiency in XML and JSON - Good understanding of Databases (SQLite3, MySQL) and Google API's - Basic experience with Eclipse and code analysis tools like PMD and Find Bugs - Knowledge of publishing mobile applications on the Android market - Familiarity with Hybrid mobile applications and Open Source CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Magento is a plus - Experience in Gaming application programming is an additional advantage - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and excellent project coordination skills (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
