Anchor Cum Producer

As an Anchor cum Producer at Pinkvilla, you will play a pivotal role in leading our podcasting initiatives and creating captivating content for our audience. Your primary responsibilities will include anchoring for YouTube channels with high energy and engaging delivery, conceptualizing and developing engaging content ideas, preparing detailed scripts for each episode, collaborating closely with video editors for seamless editing, and providing creative direction during post-production. You will also oversee the creation of YouTube Shorts, mentor interns in short-form content creation, conceptualize and host new shows aligning with the brand, and be responsible for end-to-end production of all video content. To excel in this role, you should possess 3-4 years of experience in camera facing and anchoring roles, with a strong portfolio of hosted shows or episodes. Your communication skills should be excellent, particularly in Hinglish with a focus on proficiency in the Hindi language. Creative leadership is essential, as you will be expected to conceptualize new ideas, drive content strategy, and lead the production process. A basic understanding of video editing processes and collaboration with editors to shape the final content is required. Additionally, you should have proven experience in team collaboration, including mentoring and guiding junior staff or interns.
