Role Overview: As a Production Specialist at Wipro Limited, your role involves supporting process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. You will oversee and support processes, review performance parameters, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with service agreements. Additionally, you will handle technical escalations, manage and resolve technical roadblocks, and provide product support to clients in a courteous and professional manner. Moreover, you will focus on building people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels.
