Roles and Responsibilities: Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for Export, Aftermarket, and OEM requirements. Handle bearing-specific purchase orders , ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate with suppliers for PO issuance and confirmations. Maintain and track PO records , ensuring data integrity and timely updates in the system. Perform regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment. Manage Subcontract Orders (Job Work) , including outsourcing-related processes. Oversee purchase requirements for surface finishing processes such as Powder Coating and ED (Electrodeposition). Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports related to procurement activities. Fetch, analyze, and maintain procurement-related reports from internal systems and tools. Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and vendor management protocols. Collaborate with internal teams for stock planning and timely procurement.

AM/Sr. Executive-Production (Rubber Injection Moulding)/production of Antivibration Components Shift responsibility of shop floor like-5S, Manpower handling,Troubleshooting,Production run smoothly,4M,Safety. Overseeing moulding process,Plan machine wise & Organizing production schedule. Give rubber requirement to Mixing Dept. according to moulding plan. Ensure smooth production run in the each shift with proper follow-up for next shift. Responsible for that safe working condition in shop floor through safety controls also to ensure that applicable PPES is being used by all employees. Managing changes in 4M with in production process to ensure minimal disruptions and maintain product quality. Responsible to exceed production numbers as per plan in targeted manpower as per sanctioned. Verifying Set-Up, Poke-Yoke and all Critical parameters of all critical process in moulding section. Co-ordinate with Service department to eliminate efficiency losses during shift activity (Store, Rubber testing Lab, PPC, Maintenance, Tool Maintenance & Quali On Job Training (OJT) given to the Operators/Associates to increase their Skill levels. Create awareness among all employees towards safety culture. Verifying ERP VS Physical inventory. Responsible for Manufacturing Process Audit. Learned new skills and apply to daily tasks to improve efficiency and productivity. Attend production meeting, safety and other training meeting (on specified days). To ensure participation of workmen wherever required and follow bottom-up approach wherever required. Process improvement and cost reduction through KAIZEN & POKA-YOKE. Analyzing of problems (by Why-Why analysis) and implementation of CAPA. Tool correction for any quality problem as applicable and actively involved in developing new process ,new parts and existing parts improving cycle time and productivity. Analysis of fast, slow & Non-moving parts to maintain the Inventory level as per Company requirement. Maintain and update Operation Control Procedure (OCP), Work Ins

General accounting.

1. Receive the customer with smile and make them comfortable in the reception area. 2. Open the repair order for the vehicle with customer verbatim without any assumptions. 3. Probe the customer (not interrogate) to understand the problem stated with most relevant questions. 4. Offer a combined road test with customer to understand the problems related to noise, vibrations and suspension. 5. Make a time and cost estimate in consultation with job controller, if required, explain it to the customer and take his/her signatures on the repair order or consent to carry on the repairs. 6. Write clear instructions for the workshop on the repair order. 7. Keep customer updated about the time and cost estimate revisions, if any, and take their appropriate approvals for the same. 8. Keep track of vehicles during the repairs and ensure vehicle is ready in all respects before customer walks in. 9. Offer him a road test to have a feel after the repairs performed, especially for the cases of noise, vibrations and suspension. 10. Ensure to explain the repairs performed and the benefits of the same to the customer with explanation of charges. 11. Updating customer records (email, contact details, address, contact no.) into DMS system 12. Settle the invoice and complete the documentation along with the satisfaction note signed by the customer. 13. Escort the customer to the vehicle and thank him for the opportunity given to serve him and hand over your business card for his future reference. 14. In case of any complaint do the follow up and apologize for the inconvenience happened and extend your services to support him/her to resolve the issue. 15. Keep track of customers by following up at least once in three months. 16. Handling mail communication from customers and responding to their query within the pre-defined TAT.
