Analytics & Visualization Developer

You will be joining Qualcomm India Private Limited in the Information Technology Group, specifically the IT Programmer Analyst team. As an independent contributor with 7-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining enterprise-level software applications, focusing on developing dashboards with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and OBIEE. Your main responsibilities will include: - Expertise in developing visualizations/dashboards with Tableau - Strong knowledge of SQL - Test, debug, and performance tuning of dashboards/reports - Translating ad hoc report requests into common dashboards and application requirements - Working in an agile development environment - Understanding complex data models - Working with Oracle/MySQL/Postgres - Willingness to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Taking ownership and driving tasks to completion Desirable skills include Python programming experience, developing dashboards with Power BI, exposure to Qlikview, OBIEE, and ThoughtSpot, experience in the semiconductor industry, and working with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB) as well as relational DBs (MySQL/Oracle). Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience - 5 or more years of experience applying AI and machine learning techniques - Strong expertise in ML, deep learning, PyTorch, Python, NLP, and Transformer architecture - Experience in fine-tuning large language models using custom content Preferred qualifications include: - Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field - Experience in implementing projects involving end-to-end ML/NLP systems - Working with transformer-based models and cloud environments Minimum qualifications consist of: - 4+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree - 6+ years of work experience without a Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of experience with Database Design structures such as MongoDB, MySQL If you require any accommodations during the application/hiring process due to a disability, Qualcomm is committed to providing accessible processes.
