Job Description

As an Analytical Scientist C at BacAlt, you will play a crucial role in the Research and Development Department. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and validate analytical methods for various instruments such as HPLC, GC, GC-MS, IR, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Particle Size Analyser, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting wet analysis in the lab, planning stability studies, and performing testing according to established protocols for formulations, APIs, and excipients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and validate analytical methods for various instruments including HPLC, GC, GC-MS, IR, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, and more. - Conduct wet analysis in the lab and plan stability studies for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. - Perform testing as per established protocols for formulations, APIs, and excipients. - Record and report experimental data with accuracy and compliance with SOPs and GLP. - Assist in laboratory and equipment maintenance following GMP requirements. - Address complex analytical chemistry issues with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Adhere to safe laboratory practices and waste disposal protocols in line with company policies. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry with 3-4 years of industrial experience. - Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is desirable. As an Analytical Scientist C at BacAlt, you will demonstrate personal commitment to the team, self-discipline in driving experiments, and aptitude for learning and growing in the field of analytical chemistry. You will be willing to take on tasks beyond the listed responsibilities as per team requirements and work effectively within a team to meet targets with minimal supervision. Your role will also involve ensuring that all laboratory activities comply with BacAlt Biosciences internal policies and procedures.,
