Analytical Development

As an Associate Scientist at Syngene International Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring safety and compliance in all work activities within your assigned area. You will monitor and confirm the implementation of Environment, Occupational Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices to maintain a safe work environment. Additionally, you will adhere to the highest standards of quality, integrity, and compliance for every work activity. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure safety and compliance in all work activities within your assigned responsibility area(s). - Monitor and implement EHSS practices for a safe work environment. - Adhere to quality, integrity, and compliance standards. - Complete assigned trainings in a timely manner and comply with training procedures. - Attend mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety. - Participate in training on procedures, protocols, and on-the-job activities. - Maintain compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). - Report nonconformities and deviations to supervisors or line managers. - Participate in deviations, investigations, CAPA, and change controls. Primary Responsibilities: - Conduct sample analysis for in-process, finished product, stability, and miscellaneous samples. - Troubleshoot problems, provide technical guidance, and train lab personnel in fundamental lab techniques. - Support routine testing operations and ensure compliance with observation data sheet and analytical data. - Prepare and review batch release documents such as STPs, Method transfer protocols, and validation protocols. - Review analytical data, QMS documents, and stability study activity documents. - Review Method transfer, Method validation protocols, and coordinate the release of related activity reports. - Manage a team supporting routine testing operations and ensure compliance with analytical data and reports.
