Analyst Vendor Master Data

As an Analyst Vendor Master Data at AGCO, you play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies. Your responsibilities include: - Creating, maintaining, and improving the vendor master database by reviewing vendor requests, creating new vendors, and adjusting settings of existing vendors promptly. - Initiating, developing, and executing plans to enhance the vendor master process, proactively monitoring data quality, identifying and resolving vendor-related issues. - Ensuring new vendor data are not duplications, deactivating obsolete data regularly, and serving as the key contact point for troubleshooting data issues. - Assigning vendors to the appropriate legal entity, providing reports on vendor master, and supporting business owners in defining standard procedures and documentation for item master data. - Creating, editing, and blocking master data as per company policy, ensuring maintenance meets SLA commitment, reviewing and auditing master data periodically for accuracy, and driving initiatives to enhance the master data process.
