Job Description

Location : Bangalore Experience : Freshers Qualification : CA Qualified Key Responsibilities: Orders Trade Processing: Responsible for processing orders and trades across various asset classes (funds, bonds, private markets, structured products) with global exposure (US, Europe, Asia). NAV Calculation and Updates: Ensure the accurate calculation and timely update of the Net Asset Value (NAV) on the platforms, including reconciliation with internal records. QuickBooks Fund Accounting: Use QuickBooks for fund accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records for the company and investors. Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external teams for clarifications or additional information needed to ensure smooth processes. Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of hedge fund units, orders, trades, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all tasks and responsibilities. Key Skills: Self-Driven Hands-On: Must be motivated to take ownership of tasks and be proactive in problem-solving. Microsoft Excel Google Sheets: Advanced proficiency in these tools is essential for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. QuickBooks: Familiarity with QuickBooks for fund accounting is necessary. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy, particularly when dealing with numerical data, is critical. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and interpret financial information. Team Player: Should be comfortable working in a team environment and coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
