Job Description

As an Analyst in the US Mortgage Loan Legal Process team at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing virtual business process services to our overseas clients, particularly in the Mortgage Finance industry based in the USA. **Key Responsibilities:** - Reviewing mortgage applications and related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Generating mortgage documents, creating loan packages, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order. - Collaborating with loan officers, loan processors, and closers to gather missing information and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Meeting deadlines for document preparation to facilitate smooth loan closing processes. - Conducting quality checks to eliminate errors in documents and ensure high standards of accuracy. - Organizing and maintaining accurate records of all mortgage-related documents with strict confidentiality. - Utilizing mortgage software such as Docusign BLN, document management systems, and other tools efficiently. - Identifying and resolving document-related issues to prevent delays in the mortgage closing process. - Properly storing and archiving completed mortgage loan documents for future reference and audits. **Qualifications and Experience:** - 0 - 2 years of experience in US mortgage processes. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel Skills including Pivot Tables, vlookups, hlookups, macros, etc. - Ability to review mortgage documents, understanding of filing regulations, and guidelines. - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the capability to present to senior management. - Bachelor's degree in finance or accounts, MBA, M.com, or any other Post-Grad Degree in Finance is a plus.
