Analyst - Trustee and Depository Services

As a Controller at Socit Gnrale, your role will involve verifying the compliance of management decisions of fund management companies for UCITS and conducting specific checks for institutional clients. You will also be responsible for controls related to a fund's merger or dissolution, auditing fund management companies and their service providers, and analyzing new prospectus projects. Additionally, you will participate in various meetings with relevant TDS streams and ensure all information within systems is up to date. Key Responsibilities: - Verify compliance of management decisions for UCITS - Conduct specific checks for institutional clients - Perform controls related to fund mergers or dissolutions - Audit fund management companies and service providers - Analyze new prospectus projects - Participate in meetings with TDS streams - Ensure information in systems is up to date - Review frequency of NAV of funds - Perform reconciliations on cash securities and derivatives - Set up funds in systems - Work on process improvements - Identify risks and challenges in processes Qualifications Required: - Experience in fund accounting, Trust Depository Services, and Investment Banking or Financial Analysis - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) - Knowledge of foreign and domestic markets and financial instruments - Knowledge of Bloomberg usage - Experience in reconciliation tools - Fair understanding of workflow in Fund Industry - Knowledge of financial securities industry and products If you choose to join us at Socit Gnrale, you will be part of a team that believes in the power of people to drive change and shape the future.
