Technology Risk Management (TRM) professional

IT risk, cybersecurity, infrastructure management

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and Manage TRM Framework

• Drive implementation of the

  Technology Risk Management framework

  across the LBU.
• Ensure compliance with local and regional standards and policies.

2. Risk Identification and Monitoring

• Review and manage

  IT key risk indicators (KRIs)

  and metrics for trend analysis.
• Monitor the

  risk register

  proactively and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Establish and roll out

  risk appetite and key risk metrics

  to guide effective governance.

3. Provide Technical Guidance

• Offer

  best practice recommendations

  and advisory on IT risk and security matters.
• Support IT functions in managing platform-specific and regulatory complexities.

4. Risk Reporting and Governance

• Support

  periodic reporting

  of IT risk to senior management and risk committees.
• Collaborate with the

  2nd line ORM/ERM

  teams to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Culture

• Promote a

  strong risk awareness culture

  across business units and IT teams.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure

  risk governance processes are robust

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years

  in

  Technology Risk Management, IT Risk, or IT Audit

  .
• Strong experience in

  risk identification, assessment, and reporting

  across at least three of the following areas:
• IT Infrastructure Management (Networks, Unix, Windows, Middleware, Databases)
• IT Operations (Data Centre, Backup, Batch Processing, Incident & Problem Management)
• Application & Interface Security
• Application Development & Change Management (SDLC)
• IT Project Management/Delivery
• Third-Party Risk Management
• IT Service Management (ITIL framework knowledge)
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools like

  SailPoint, CyberArk

• Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST) and security operations

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Certifications:

  CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CISM, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2, PMP, Azure Solutions Architect, CompTIA Cloud Essentials, DevOps certifications.

• Technical Skills:

  Python scripting, Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
