Analyst - Record to Report

The Analyst - Record to Report position at Annalect India in Hyderabad requires a professional with 3-5 years of experience in RTR, Record to Report, and preferably in Intercompany Accounting. As an analyst, you will be responsible for providing accounting support to the OMG US Shared Services, particularly focusing on transactions between OMG US and other agencies. Your day-to-day tasks will include month-end close support, reconciliations, journal entries, and other reporting activities. Additionally, you will perform Intercompany Reconciliations & variance analysis, communicating with clients over calls, handling technical issues independently, proactively updating supervisors and clients on challenges, meeting 100% SLAs & KPIs, and ensuring no misses during month-end close. You will collaborate closely with Global Finance Leaders and members of the agency Finance Team, working in the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST) shift timings. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance, have proficiency in Advanced Excel and the ability to quickly learn new ERP or BI Tools. Knowledge of US GAAP, flexibility in taking up different assignments, working independently and collaboratively, strong written and oral communication skills, and a results-oriented approach are essential. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Media Ocean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus.
