Analyst - Payments Investigation

As a member of the Investigation Department at our company, your main role will be to ensure the smooth processing of day-to-day activities. This includes handling various information requests, managing the return of funds according to set procedures, and overseeing accounting breaks. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing daily operations in compliance with provided procedures and rules, as well as participating in efforts to combat fraud and money laundering. Your contribution to detecting and resolving incidents, as well as informing management of any difficulties faced during incident resolution, will be crucial. You will also play a key role in training new team members and improving the quality of operational procedures. Qualifications: - Previous experience in the banking or finance industry preferred - Fluent in English; French language skills would be highly appreciated - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word - Willingness to work flexible shifts To be considered for this role, you should ideally be a graduate from a Business School with a Bachelors degree in Economics or Business Administration.
