As an Analyst - ROI Operations at MRO Corp, you play a critical role in managing and analyzing healthcare data entry processes to maximize data accuracy for our health care clients. You are a detail-oriented professional who ensures high accuracy standards while meeting target goals within tight deadlines. Your contributions support operational efficiency and uphold data integrity, essential for sustaining MRO's commitment to quality service in the healthcare industry. - Perform accurate data entry and validation processes following healthcare regulations and standards. - Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with established standards. - Update internal databases to guarantee data quality and consistency. - Collaborate with team members to achieve target-oriented goals. - Work efficiently in different shifts and handle workload under pressure. - Assist in analyzing and refining data and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Execute all assigned duties with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Data Accuracy: Uphold rigorous standards in data accuracy to eliminate errors and maintain quality. - Performance Standards: Monitor productivity enhancements and make continuous improvements. - Gathering & Implementing Job Knowledge: Evaluate acquired knowledge and apply it effectively for project outcomes. - Compliance: Stay informed on changes in requirements, client expectations, and organizational policy updates. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficient written and decent verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of US healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, etc.). - Ability to work in different shifts. - Knowledge of data entry best practices and techniques. - Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). - Experience with data processing software/tools and platforms is a plus. - Possess a non-technical bachelor's degree (BSC, B-Pharma, B. Com, BA, Nursing, Life Science, etc.). - 0-3 years of experience in any US Healthcare Process like Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM, etc. Healthcare document retrieval experience is an added advantage.,
