As a financial modelling consultancy practice, you will be part of a team that is passionate about transforming the world of financial modeling. Your role will involve creating, analyzing, and optimizing complex financial models to help clients make quick and confident financial decisions. You will be expected to work on assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the enhancement of financial modeling methodologies and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Support financial model audit assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance - Identify modeling errors through software checks and parallel model development - Take ownership of assignments, demonstrating initiative and dedication - Contribute to the development of financial modeling methodologies and tools - Prepare comprehensive model documentation detailing assumptions, methodologies, and results - Maintain meticulous records of modeling processes and methodologies - Collaborate closely with team members and communicate model findings effectively to clients and internal teams - Simplify complex financial model issues for non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis - Good appreciation of accounting concepts - Understanding of Project Finance concepts - Strong analytical skills with experience in building financial models using Excel - Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial - Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable In addition to the challenging and rewarding work you will be doing, you will benefit from a competitive base salary with flexible working arrangements, including office-based, working from home, and client site options.
