Analyst - Model Audit

Key Responsibilities: - Support financial model audit assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client expectations and industry standards. - Utilize software checks and parallel model development to identify and rectify modelling errors. - Take ownership of specific assignments and projects, demonstrating initiative and dedication. - Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial modelling methodologies and tools. - Prepare comprehensive model documentation detailing assumptions, methodologies, and results. - Maintain meticulous records of modeling processes and methodologies to uphold high standards. - Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for efficient project delivery. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of relevant experience in a financial analysis role within a recognized advisory practice or large corporate setting. - Good appreciation of accounting concepts. - Understanding of Project Finance concepts. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in building and operating financial models using Excel. - Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance being beneficial. - Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
