Role Overview: At 99Games, a super-indie studio dedicated to creating engaging free-to-play games worldwide, your role is crucial in collaborating with Product, Design, and Data teams to enhance player experiences based on insights. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and optimize game metrics to enhance engagement, retention, and monetization. - Develop and execute in-game promotions, offerings, and events, and analyze KPIs for optimization (Campaign Management). - Identify player segments, analyze their behavior, and provide recommendations for enhancing games based on data analysis. Stay updated on industry trends. - Collaborate with Design and Product teams to identify data collection requirements for analysis. - Assist in creating economy models and support product decisions based on quantitative data. - Study successful games to understand economic strategies, monetization techniques, and player satisfaction tactics. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in game analytics or product analysis. - MBA in Stats/Finance or M.Stat/M.Sc in a quantitative field; knowledge in Applied/Consumer Psychology is advantageous. - Ability to translate data into actionable insights on user/product behavior. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI is preferred. - Previous experience in evaluating team performance or competitive events is a plus. - Independent worker with strong communication skills and a passion for mobile games.
