Key Responsibilities: - Participate in functional solution and design discussions, system configuration, and decision-making within a functional domain - Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership to drive clarity in complex scenarios - Utilize systems-thinking to articulate solutions across the organization - Provide technical knowledge and support to resolve complex technical issues - Support moderate to complex business processes - Champion best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures - Serve as a team member, acting as a technical or business analyst as needed - Address business issues or requirements through technical solutions - Support production issues related to application functionality and integrations - Collaborate cross-functionally to solve technical problems and share best practices - Capture high-level functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications - Partner with team members to share knowledge, documentation, and alignment on new solutions Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in information technology, with a focus on supply chain SaaS solutions and in-house platforms - Proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Kafka, Splunk, and AWS services - Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes - Ability to simplify complex analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership - Understanding of software development practices and project life cycles - Strong team collaboration skills with excellent problem-solving abilities - Self-starter with the judgment to make independent decisions and seek guidance when necessary - Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially during critical production issues - Knowledge of the ITIL Framework (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management) - Experience with application configuration and implementation - Desired: Supply Chain experience Must-Have Skills: - Advanced Parcel Engine experience for analyzing shipping workflows and optimizing carrier logic - Proficiency in RDBMS & SQL for efficient data handling and reporting - Knowledge of scripting languages for task automation - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence for workflow and incident management - Experience working with cloud platforms for application development and management.,
